Flexitank is an economcal method to ship non-hazardous liquid in Bulk. With the maximum capacity of filling 24,000L in a 20 footer container, it provides substantial saving when compared to traditional packaging suach as drums.

The Product

Since 1970s, Flexitank (which is a special bladder that is designed to fit inside a 20FT freight container) has been used as a carriage for non-hazardous liquid. This unique packaging offers considerable savings in transporation costs and eliminates the possibility of products contamination. Ever since then, more and more companies are changing their bulk shipment from traditional packing to Flexitank.

Heater Pad

Heater Pad or Reheating Device is used to reheat solidified products in the flexitank upon arrival at destination. This Reusable Device is designed to allow maximum exposure of heat when placed underneath the solidified Flexitank. In extreme case when on heater pad is not enough to liquefy the harden product, another Heater Pad is placed on top as a “blanket” for intense heating.
